‘Child’s Play’ Campaign

Brief:
We needed a B2B campaign that quickly conveyed the how quick and easy it is to hire high quality temp staff through our platform, targeting prospects of Indeed Flex (employers who would use our talent pool of verified temp workers) across the sectors we service: hospitality, retail, logistics/warehousing, cleaning/housekeeping.

Solution:
I came up with a quick, visual concept to denote ‘ease of use / fast hiring’ — giving the impression that the right staff could be found when needed, in just a few taps.
In industries where sudden, last-minute hires are common, it’s important that prospects/clients know they have an easy-to-use platform to turn to.

it was to run as OOH (always the simplest medium to create for), but also as press ads or static social ads.
It was nailed with the simple line ‘Make staffing child’s play’ + an explainer: ‘Indeed Flex — Instant temp staffing’ (this was necessary, as, unfortunately, we still get muddled up with our parent company, Indeed).
