Brief:
To keep Flexers updated and informed of certain special offers/discounts/services availaible through the Flexer Benefits scheme, a content calendar was created with relevant days throughout the year, earmarked for comms e.g World Health Day, World Cocktail Day, Pancake Day etc.
Solution:
Two emails were produced for each date in the content calendar: one detailing discounts/services relevant to the day in question, one letting ineligible Flexers know what they could get if they keep working shifts and qualify for the benefits.
As an example, the Pancake Day email above let Flexers know of discounts they could get on ingredients across major supermarkets, such as Morrisons, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Iceland.
Again, open rates remained around the 60% mark and CTRs at 6%.
