The Brand & Comms team, and the wider Marketing team, were finding inconsistencies in how we were being briefed for projects, the amount of information being given, and the lead times we were being given. It was felt that a diplomatic and useful educational piece was needed in the spirit of ‘help us to help you’.

I wrote a full deck, covering all of the information we need from internal clients/stakeholders when they send in a brief, to be able to produce good work for them (and why we need that information). Sensible lead times were also included.
This was rolled out to different departments across the company, through a series of video calls.
