Monthly newsletters (called the Monthly Flex) to be written for our audience of 144,000 subscribed Flexers, to keep them engaged with the app, update them on new features/services, provide them with learning and development opportunities, and ask for feedback.

Content is sourced from across the business (Flexer Experience, Jobseeker team, product developers etc), from various stakeholders, to build the newsletter itself. Relevant CTAs for each piece then lead to longer blog posts, all written from scratch e.g on ‘getting ahead in the industrial sector’.
Open rates have been 50%+, CTRs at 5%+, and unsubscribe rates at 0.6%.
